Solution

To enable effortless booking of beauty and wellness services, we integrated Minut’Pass — a third-party booking platform — into the client’s ecommerce ecosystem. The goal was to make the experience seamless whether a customer was browsing anonymously or signed in.

Anonymous users interacted with Minut’Pass through a simple iframe, allowing quick, no-login bookings. But for registered users, we implemented a secure authentication layer.

A back-end service generated encrypted tokens based on customer data, which were passed along with the URL. This gave Minut’Pass everything it needed to identify users and tailor available options with no extra login steps required.
